We visited Krakow 29.9. – 2.10.2009 and were picked up at the airport Balice by a very nice driver, who followed and serviced us during a whole day (30.9.) to Auschwitz and the Saltmines and picked us up 3.10. and drowe us back to the airport. Everytime right on time. We are very satisfied with the compagni, and will recommand it to all.

We stayed in Zakopane 20/08/09 to 28/08/09 and used this company for our transfer to and from zakopane from Krakow airport. The driver was on time and the service was first class, we will be using this companty again on return to Poland in the future.

We had a wonderful week in Poland.
We were visiting Auswich and Salt Minds. It was very interesting. I will recommend this to everyone who visits Krakow.We also had a trip to Zakopane.That was a very nice place.The driver was always on time. He was very friendly and helpful. The service was excellent.

The Journey, not only from the Airport to Zakopane, but also during our tour of Auschwitz and the Salt mines was greatly enhanced due to your in depth knowledge of the areas that you shared with us. We had a great time in Krakow although we did not realise when we booked just how far Katowice airport was from Krakow (approx 1 and a half hours).
We arrived in a heavy snow storm which meant that our driver was a little late, however we were contacted by SMS to advise this.
Although the driver was 10 minutes late he was still at the arrivals area before us and was waiting with a sign which had our surnames on.
The driver spoke perfect English and had some very good suggestions to help us with our stay.
When we arrived at our hotel we were asked b your reception if we wanted a taxi for our return journey. We said we already had a good taxi company and when reception heard how much we were charged he said this was probably 20 to 30 percent cheaper than he could get.
I would definitely recommend our driver to anyone visiting Krakow.

We were very pleased with the professionalism shown by your company from the moment we were met at the airport, to the collection and return to the airport. The vehicle was modern and exceptionally clean. The commentary and information provided by the driver during the journey was very interesting, giving a deeper understanding of life in Poland. We would highly recommend that visitors to Krakow include a visit to a grim Auschwitz,and should consider using this company to make their visit a very memorable one .
It is probable that we will be returning to Krakow again sometime this year and we will be booking this company again.
