vielen Dank für Ihren Service. Es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Die gewünschten Informationen erhielten wir ausführlich und umgehend.
Der Fahrer war hervorragend. Er war sehr aufmerksam, pünktlich und zuverlässig. Ein großes Lob.
Auch die Tour mit der deutschsprachigen Reisebegleitung nach Zakopane war ein voller Erfolg.

Thank you very much for your warm and professionalism shown to us from our collection at the Krakow airport untill our return.  The Journey, not only from the Airport to Zakopane, but also during our tour of Auschwitz and the Salt mines was greatly enhanced due to your in depth knowledge of the areas that you shared with us.  Your assistant in sorting out our tours in Auschwitz and the salt mines added great ease to our day and made our stay most memorable.  We also thought that your service represented great value for money and would highly recommend your company to any other travellers, either for leisure or business purposes.

We had a great time in Krakow although we did not realise when we booked just how far Katowice airport was from Krakow (approx 1 and a half hours).

We arrived in a heavy snow storm which meant that our driver was a little late, however we were contacted by SMS to advise this.

Although the driver was 10 minutes late he was still at the arrivals area before us and was waiting with a sign which had our surnames on.

The driver spoke perfect English and had some very good suggestions to help us with our stay.

When we arrived at our hotel we were asked b your reception if we wanted a taxi for our return journey. We said we already had a good taxi company and when reception heard how much we were charged he said this was probably 20 to 30 percent cheaper than he could get.

I would definitely recommend our driver to anyone visiting Krakow.

Hello Kris!
We were very pleased with the professionalism shown by your company from the moment we were met at the airport, to the collection and return to the airport. The vehicle was modern and exceptionally clean. The commentary and information provided by the driver during the journey was very interesting, giving a deeper understanding of life in Poland. We would highly recommend that visitors to Krakow include a visit to a grim Auschwitz,and  should  consider using this company to make their visit a very memorable one . 
It is probable that we will be returning to Krakow again sometime this year and we will be booking this company again.

Thank you for your contribution to our successful trip to Krakow. You gave valuable input to the selection of sightseeing alternatives, restaurants and local transportation and you arranged it perfectly. Perhaps other ones could have done this part as good as you.
